Customer Service Representative - Raleigh

Job Description
We are immediately hiring responsible and energetic individuals to join our growing Avis Budget Group enterprise as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the return of rental cars, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and contributing to our team's success.
What You’ll Do:
You will play a pivotal role in the return process, including greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and car damage, and checking cars into our computer system. Your focus on excellent customer service will be a key driver in our ongoing success.

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus
