Director of Accounting

Job Description

Hercules Poly, Inc. is currently seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Director of Accounting to oversee our accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the general ledger, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team across multiple locations.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate financial reviews and audits with external accountants.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting procedures.
• Conduct financial investigations and provide insights to company leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5-7 years of supervisory accounting experience.
• ERP software experience, NetSuite (Oracle) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
