We are looking for a dedicated and visionary Director of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program to lead the establishment of a new BSN program at Loyola University Maryland. As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership to develop and expand the program in alignment with the university's mission and educational standards. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth and development of the BSN program.
  • Hire, train, and supervise nursing faculty and staff according to university policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop student admission procedures and criteria to ensure the selection of candidates committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Oversee the curriculum design, clinical partnerships, budget, and accreditation compliance of the BSN program.
  • Teach selected courses as needed and maintain program quality standards.
  • Manage program budgets, track outcomes, and ensure program publications are accurate and up-to-date.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in nursing.
  • Current RN license in Maryland or eligibility for such licensure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in nursing education, including 3 years of administrative leadership.
  • Knowledge of nursing education standards, accreditation, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
