P1 Construction, LLC. is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team in Manhattan, Kansas. As a key member of our construction division, you will manage electrical construction projects, oversee field staff and subcontractors, ensure project compliance, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Summary and Nature of the Work

• Manage electrical construction projects, coordinate scheduling, and monitor project profitability.
• Establish constructive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Lead subordinates according to P1 Group's leadership model.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to company success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction or electrical engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Electrical Construction Project Manager overseeing large projects.
• Requirements: Pass background checks and drug screenings, valid driver's license.
