Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of technical Digital Service Specialists for servicing and supporting hardware, document management solutions, and related software. As a Field Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to empower and develop your team while ensuring total customer satisfaction and staying abreast of new technologies in the rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team servicing specific business system products and services within a territory.
  • Lead the selection, hiring, training, and development of technical representatives.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly for optimal satisfaction.
  • Manage the warehousing process for merchandise and inventory.
  • Educate and develop the team on new technology advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7 years in a relevant field.
  • Service management experience in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on field technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle preferred.

Salary

The anticipated base salary for this role is between $66,560 - $89,830.
