Job Description

We are looking for a technical National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our team at Develon. In this role, you will manage service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Governmental contracts. Your primary responsibilities will include managing relationships with key accounts, coordinating service and parts needs, conducting product training programs, and ensuring fleet management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service and parts relationship with National, Key accounts & New York City (NYC) Sanitation.
  • Coordinate with dealerships and customers to address service and parts needs promptly.
  • Develop and conduct product training programs for National & Government Accounts service managers & technicians.
  • Monitor and diagnose fleet issues using Develon Fleet Management.
  • Manage Field Modifications process and Call Tracs system for efficient service support.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Develon Heavy products.
  • Supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
