Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service II Technician to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to mechanical, software, network, and systems with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment to Canon standards.
- Maintain a working knowledge of multiple product groups.
- Provide efficient and accurate on-site maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with customer policies and protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
