About the Position
As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead at VASA Fitness, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing studio and group fitness usage by offering inclusive and on-trend fitness classes that inspire and engage our community.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and schedule talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing studio and group fitness attendance.
- Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped studio spaces.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Create a strong sense of community and connection through high-energy classes that motivate and uplift our members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on others.
