At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness opportunities to our members.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance, managing class schedules, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, executing programming flawlessly, and fostering ongoing instructor development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and cultivate a community-focused environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness or studio management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and coach a team effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fitness, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire members.
