We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience, maximizing studio and group fitness usage, and ensuring members receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize studio and group fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped spaces.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Create a supportive and energetic atmosphere that motivates and uplifts members.
