Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join the dynamic team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional fitness experience, maximizing studio and group fitness engagement, and fostering community connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and execute marketing events flawlessly.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through feedback, coaching, and training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, create a sense of community, and promote enthusiasm for fitness.
Requirements
- Prior experience in group fitness leadership or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Passion for fitness, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Certification in fitness instruction is a plus.
