We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and inclusive fitness environment, driving member engagement, and ensuring exceptional experiences for our community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to enhance studio and group fitness offerings.
• Maximize studio and group fitness space usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution of programming and equipment maintenance.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, care, and community connection to members and guests.
