Food Production Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Food Production Operations Supervisor to join our team at Shearer's, a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry. Based in Waterford Township, PA, the Night Shift People Leader will oversee operations in our manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct employees in a manufacturing environment to achieve high-quality product output.
• Enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to direct reports through empowerment and teamwork.
• Utilize data to evaluate processes and improve efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to coordinate operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
