Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the store manager to ensure the efficient operation of the store, lead a team of employees, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and ensure stock levels.
• Supervise daily operations, address customer concerns, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
