Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for leadership roles. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team schedules, and implementing operational strategies.
