Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Assist with cashier duties.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
