Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI's standards for the role.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
