Position: Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's operations at its best, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and ensure neat displays.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Handle general cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
