Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the store's operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and assist customers with their shopping needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
