Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly for easy shopping.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
