Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to use equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
