Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team at CMG Services LLC. As the General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee operations, drive business development, manage finances, lead the team, and ensure quality assurance to drive the company's growth and success. This role requires proven experience in the roofing or construction industry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the company.
• Oversee operations, project management, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership, team-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
