Global Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team at Astrophysics Inc., a prominent worldwide provider of X-Ray security products. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, manage a team of Marketing Managers across regional offices, and drive brand visibility and growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies in collaboration with HQ management.
• Supervise regional marketing personnel to ensure effective localization of marketing initiatives and sales lead generation.
• Lead the analysis of marketing data to inform decision-making processes and improve campaign performance.
• Manage brand identity, public relations, communications channels, and participate in industry events for maximum exposure.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials and content development across various channels.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and execute successful omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a global perspective and ability to interact across cultures.
