Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience by maximizing studio and group fitness engagement. Your role involves managing class schedules, recruiting top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Maximize studio and group fitness usage by analyzing performance and driving attendance.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of initiatives and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality programs.
• Create connections with members through exceptional customer service and community-building activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive, inclusive environment for members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
