Job Description

We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness and help create an exceptional fitness experience for our members. As a GFSTL, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness participation, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere, and fostering a sense of community within our fitness spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, executing marketing events, and ensuring programming standards.
• Coach and support ongoing instructor development through training and feedback sessions.
• Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that promote motivation and community building.
