Job Description
L.L.Bean is looking for an experienced Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at the high-tech Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay, night shift premiums, great benefits, and a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will be responsible for senior-level electrical maintenance functions, ensuring safety compliance, and providing advanced electrical expertise across various systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support and maintenance for complex industrial equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support robotics, PLC controlled equipment, and power distribution systems.
- Mentor junior electricians and collaborate with internal clients for technology requirements.
- Ensure safety compliance, communicate issues effectively, and provide on-call coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Proficient in NEC and NFPA standards, PLC troubleshooting, and reading blueprints.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate at heights using aerial lifts.
