Job Description
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is looking to hire a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in State College, PA. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for providing guided tours of properties, following up with potential residents, completing leasing and marketing reports, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent customer service and sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work beyond regular hours when needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience with Yardi is a plus.
