Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance professional for their manufacturing operations in Tell City, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breakdown response, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's optimal functionality.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies.
- Participate in WF's 6-S Program to maintain housekeeping standards.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) effectively.
- Make necessary adjustments to machinery to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, installations, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Education in a maintenance-related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and other maintenance skills.
- Positive work attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work without supervision.
