Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated New Grad Nurses to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be an essential part of our Nursing Department, providing high-quality care to patients and their families. New Grad Nurses will have the opportunity to work in various units such as Clinical Decisions Unit, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Intermediate Care Unit, MedSurg, and Progressive Care Unit. Additionally, new graduates are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus with a commitment to LifeBridge Health.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care through the nursing process with independent judgment and collaboration.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans with established clinical pathways.
- Supervise and delegate patient care activities based on needs and team capabilities.
- Evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans, and prepare patients for discharge.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- CPR certification - AHA Healthcare Provider.
