Job Description

Join Shearer's, a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry in North America, as a Night Shift People Leader at our Waterford Township, PA facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing employees in a manufacturing setting, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct employees to maintain high-quality product standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to create a secure work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote positive employee relations and provide training and evaluations.
• Monitor and optimize work processes using metrics and data.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to coordinate operations.
• Establish and oversee work schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
