Shearer's is hiring a Night Shift People Leader for their Food Manufacturing facility in Waterford Township, PA. In this role, you will lead employees in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives are met. The position involves directing plant floor activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, tracking employee performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
