Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Outpatient Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Medford, Oregon. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide clinical services and report to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for supervision and work assignments. The role involves performing Provisional Assessments for individuals in crisis and providing clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff. Additionally, crisis de-escalation training, including various physical maneuvers, and the opportunity to participate in our supervision toward licensure program are available after the successful completion of the introductory period.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full & Part Time, Day)

What You’ll Make

$6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Pay Scale

• Unlicensed: $6,000 - $6,750 per month
• Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month

What You’ll Need

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
• TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred.

Compensation:

$6,000 - $7,250 per month, pay scale offered for Licensed and Unlicensed Therapists. Additional 5% Language Differential provided for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
