Job Description

TPC Twin Cities, a private par-72, 7,513-yard golf course located in Blaine, Minnesota, is seeking Outside Operations staff to join their team. As a critical service role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to club members and guests, offering assistance with golfing needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at the club.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs.
• Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a pleasant arrival experience.
• Assist with maintaining the golf car facility, ensuring clean and orderly conditions.
• Service the practice facility, including driving the picker, picking up golf balls, and replenishing the supply of practice facility balls.
• Coordinate with the Golf Shop staff to ensure club rules are followed by members and guests.
• Perform other special projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

This position requires the ability to comply with safety and health regulations, perform physical activities, and work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
