Hunter Truck is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to join our team in Pennsville, NJ. As a family-owned dealer of Peterbilt trucks, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and products. The Parts Sales Manager will oversee the department's operations to ensure profitability through effective inventory management, staff supervision, and market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts department operations to achieve profit goals.
• Supervise parts staff, conduct training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop annual operating budgets and analyze sales performance.
• Maintain industry knowledge and oversee inventory levels.
• Implement safety measures and comply with regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality service and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
• ASE Certifications and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and customer relationships.
