Job Title: Pediatric RN for Homecare

NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing compassionate pediatric home health care in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. If you have a passion for patient care, especially with children from infants to 18 years old, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing comprehensive care plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with care teams, including physicians and medical providers.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families or friends.
• Mentor and educate co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year of supervised RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB test within the last 12 months.
