Pediatric RN - Vent Experience

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas area. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to pediatric home health patients ranging from infants to 18 years old. This position involves developing care plans, collaborating with medical teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate patient records. Vent experience with pediatric patients is a must, and a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD.
• Skills assessment specific to experience area.
