Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for members and clients.
- Coach and support personal trainers in achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Possess certifications in personal training or related fields (e.g., NASM, ACE).
