Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business by exceeding fitness financial targets through the development of a high-performing team and providing exceptional support to our members. Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that embodies VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate customized programming to meet the individual needs of each client while following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
- Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value and support.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, providing resources for growth and development.
- Attract new clients through building personal relationships within the VASA community.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and recommend appropriate training packages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
