Job Description
Join VASA Fitness as a Personal Fitness Team Lead and be part of advancing the personal training business at the club. We are seeking a dedicated individual to build and develop a high-performing team that assists members in achieving their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience. As a Personal Training Lead, you will oversee the personal training team to deliver high-quality training sessions and hit monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging personal trainers.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage by interacting with members, clients, and guests.
- Retain personal training clients by providing exceptional value and experiences.
- Establish a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, offering resources for growth and development.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or personal training.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Sales experience and the ability to contribute to achieving sales targets.
