Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate tailored programs for individual clients, focusing on their specific needs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for members, clients, and guests.
- Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for personal trainers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training and team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
