Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze machine data, predict failures, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data using various technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic to detect potential failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule and perform predictive maintenance during planned downtime.
• Conduct regular equipment monitoring and recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Collect oil samples for lab analysis and provide insights to improve equipment reliability.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology and participate in plant operations and maintenance meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Training in root cause failure analysis and familiarity with Pdm certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
