Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This is a full-time position during afternoons, where you will have the opportunity to perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper verification procedures.
- Obtain accurate patient history and document it in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to maintain safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow maintenance protocols.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications in CRT-Radiographer (R), CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
