General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams across various areas of radiology, ensuring patient safety and producing high-quality images for interpretation. You will follow radiation protection principles, provide clinical instruction, and uphold our Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams after proper patient verification.
- Acquire accurate patient history and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Effectively communicate with medical staff and peers.
- Operate imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Conduct patient education and contribute to departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program required.
- Current CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration certifications required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
