Registered Nurse

Job Description

This is a full-time registered nurse position at Piedmont Medical Center. The role involves providing direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

• Graduated from a state-approved or an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy. Must have CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in the specialty area.
• Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree) - preferred.
