Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, an industry leader providing hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in offering direct patient care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family within a reasonable case load.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the care plan.
- Maintain all assigned patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
