Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during challenging times.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and emotional support to hospice patients.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Evaluate patient and family needs, and assist in developing personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and contribute to quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one in the required state.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
