We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Banner Health. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients following organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care that meets physical, psychological, social, and educational needs.
• Utilize specialized knowledge and nursing skills to assess data and deliver age-appropriate care.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to the improvement of national nursing quality indicators.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required. Additional certification or continuing education may be necessary.
• Clinical experience in the relevant area is desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
• Additional related education and experience are a plus.
