Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide comprehensive nursing care according to organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and may supervise staff and workflow in the department.

Requirements

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, along with BLS certification.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred.
