Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join Grace Medical Center as part of the LifeBridge Health team. In this full-time position, you will provide essential services and educational support to dialysis patients to enhance their nutritional well-being. Your responsibilities will include assessing nutritional status, creating individualized meal plans, and monitoring patient progress regularly. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients with end-stage renal disease.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition interventions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress, make recommendations, and update care plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure required in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
