Job Description

The Registered Nurse on the Intermediate Care Unit (PCU) oversees daily operations of the PCU Department, in conjunction with nurses and clinical technicians, using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Supports all activities according to policy and procedures, philosophy, goals and mission statement of Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PCU Department.
• Plan and accomplish goals in conjunction with nurses and clinical technicians.
• Support all activities according to policy and procedures, philosophy, goals and mission statement of the medical center.

Requirements

• Current State of South Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• ADN or BSN or related field preferred.
• Clinical experience within the Med Surg (PCU) Department preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
